Rating system
The biggest mistake gamblers make is failing to
understand why plays are rated and the relationship of
the ratings to the amount they should be betting on
particular games. No one wins every day in this
business; those that claim to are simply trying to take
your money. But that doesn't mean that you can't make
money over the long term by employing an effective money
management system.
Our selections are rated on a 1 to 5 Star
basis going in increments of 1 Star. Once in a while, we
may release a play that is higher, such as a 10
Star play, but that is rare and should be
considered a lock of the month, year, or season type of
play.
At Success Bets Advisor we consider 1
“unit” equals 1 star play that we release, so 5 stars
would equate to 5 “units”. It’s really that simple. It
is up to you what 1 “unit” is worth within your bank
roll. For example 1 “unit” could be worth $1 dollar or
$100 dollars based on the size of your bank roll.
Now, there are 2 ways you can use this information to
manage your bank roll. In the first scenario if you had
a bank roll of $200 to play with on a given day and we
have a 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, and 1 star pick
available. Let’s say you want to play each pick, but
don’t know how to allocate your money. First you would
add the number of stars up which would equate to 15
stars. Next divide $200 by 15 which gives you a value of
$13.33 per star. That would mean that our 5 Star play
would be worth $66.65, our 4 Star $53.32, our 3 Star
$39.99, our 2 Star $26.66, and our 1 Star $13.33. If you
add them up you will see that you are back to your $200
dollar bank roll figure.
In the second scenario, this would be based on the size
of your maximum wager, let’s suppose that you have $100.
If we release a 5 star play and a 3 star play, you would
play $100 for the 5 star play and $60 for the 3 star
play.
*This unit system is the key to your success - but you
must stay disciplined. Discipline is critical in sports
betting because wins and losses often occur in streaks.
The problem is that many bettors get too aggressive
during a hot streak and become too panicked during a
cold streak. Streaks do not last forever, so stay
consistent with your bankroll and NEVER chase your
losses. Use our plan and stick to it. |
